Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an AI DriverPay account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AI DriverPay on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

User accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription billing

AI DriverPay is billed monthly through Stripe at the price of the plan you select (Starter $39, Growth $79, Pro $149). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Free trial terms

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial on the plan they select. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. We will not charge your card during the trial. At the end of the 7-day period your card is automatically charged for the first month unless you cancel before the trial ends. The free trial is limited to one per customer.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

• Do not use AI DriverPay for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or probe it for vulnerabilities outside our responsible-disclosure program.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.

SMS Communications

Carriers may enable SMS/MMS notifications to their drivers through AI DriverPay. By opting in, a driver expressly consents to receive recurring messages described below.

Program description

• Settlement-ready and payroll notifications
• Load assignment and dispatch alerts
• Operational and account notices from the carrier

Frequency

Message frequency varies; typically 1–10 messages per week per driver.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, based on the driver's mobile plan.

STOP / HELP

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also email support@aidriverpay.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchaseof any AI DriverPay product or service. Drivers may decline SMS at any time without losing access to other features.

Carrier and data sharing disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio as our SMS gateway. Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

AI DriverPay, its logo, software, and content are our property or used under license. You retain ownership of the data you upload; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI DriverPay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
